Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and purchases from AD Christmas Trees, LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Orders and payment
Product availability, sizes, prices, delivery charges, and seasonal inventory may change. An online order is not final until payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Pickup, delivery, and setup
Pickup orders must be collected at the location shown during checkout. Delivery and setup are available only in supported areas and depend on route capacity, weather, building access, and seasonal demand. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, access, and delivery instructions and for having an appropriate person available when required.
Seasonal products and order concerns
Fresh Christmas trees and wreaths are seasonal, perishable products. Inspect your order at pickup or delivery and contact us promptly about damage, incorrect items, or service concerns. See our Care and Returns page for practical guidance.
SMS program
By actively selecting the SMS checkbox at checkout or affirmatively consenting through the POS, you agree to receive automated messages from AD Christmas Trees about order receipts, pickup or delivery coordination, seasonal offers, and important service notices. We expect to send up to 4 messages per month, plus service messages related to an order you place. Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is optional and is not required to make a purchase.
- Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
- We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, or use another person’s information without authorization. We may update these terms as the business and services change; the updated version will be posted on this page.
